Welcome to my new and improved Blog.
In this blog, I'm going to explore management process, some Scala, and a bunch of open source related stuff.
Those who know me may be scratching their heads, asking "DPP & management process, has the world gone mad?"
Well... it's kinda like this... I'm not keen on being the process person, but I wind up in that role more often than not. I've found, especially managing the 30+ Lift committers, that some lightweight process helps things immensely. So... I'm going to talk about the process that works reasonably well with Lift and some of the consulting projects I've worked on recently. I should also give a shout out to Matthew Shilts, the best Agile manager I've had the pleasure to work with and Luke Hohmann, a super-star in Agile-land.
